Summer Vacation Challenge

Well life is getting back to a little more like normal now that I have been home from holidays for a couple of days.  Our trip was great, and we have over 600 pictures to prove it.  I have started putting them into my first digital scrapbook, so that is fun.  And of course, there are the normal things upon returning like cut grass, laundry, go back to work, clean, cook, etc. that we almost give time for but I am really hoping that I will have more time to devote to the things I love this summer.  So many projects I want to accomplish.  As for the not so routine, my MIL had a hip replacement yesterday and will have several weeks of recovery, my daughter is coming home for about 10 days for a visit and a 1 day visit from my other daughter and her boyfriend this weekend.  The youngest two start going back and forth to camp in about two weeks and we are literally either picking one up or dropping one off every weekend this summer.  Oh well, enough of my crazy life, time for some fun!!

This card was made for the Summer Vacation Challenge over at Fairy Fun Fridays, check out the DT's cards and add yours for a chance to win a prize.  It's as simple as that.  This adorable digital image Summer Fun can be purchased online at Prairie Fairy Designs.

Wonderful work, Kelly. I love all the nautical embellishments you included here, especially the wave and water drops. You sound busy, but I hope you get to relax and enjoy all the family stuff you have going on this summer!
